Mule sandal on a 3” heel. 3D modeled in Rhinoceros 3D.

AJ1 Maximus was made out of 100% Veg Tan leather. Each shoe part was hand stamped with an unique pattern design and edges painted red. Mink oil was added to protect the materials from the hazards of the environment and to darken the stamp lines increasing the contrast of the design. The parts were sewn in with a Burgundy color 69 Bonded Nylon thread to connect with the red edge paint and Burgundy interior lining made of soft lamb skin.

AJ-1NDER made of a burgundy pebbled chrome-tan leather, metallic brass Gucci leather, in contrast with a snake embossed leather playfully combined with a gold lamb lining and contrast gold and burgundy stitch. Added metal eyelets for an elevated look.

A collection inspired by Puerto Rican Folk Music, Folk Dance and Puerto Rican Architecture.
